Red-necked Pademelon
Red-necked Pademelon
Marsupials have the distinction of carrying their young in a pouch. Australia is home to 140 species of marsupials, most of which are found nowhere else in the world. The diversity of this group of mammals is extensive. The red-necked pademelon is a small wallaby found in the rainforests and eucalypt forests of eastern Australia.
